In this role, you will leverage your existing industry network to secure high-stakes corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, and similar productions. You will act as the vital link between corporate producers, designers, and our internal technical teams to deliver flawless, brand-aligned productions. This position offers a flexible workspace, allowing you to work out of our Los Angeles office, hybrid, or fully remote.

Bring Your Network: Utilize your existing connections within corporate production houses, agencies, and enterprise-level event planners to generate new business.
Own Your Accounts: Build lasting, repeat relationships with corporate producers, technical directors, and designers, establishing Kinetic as their trusted, go-to technical production partner.
Bridge the Gap: Translate high-level client visions and strict corporate brand guidelines into actionable production plans by collaborating closely with our internal technical and operations teams.
Production Savvy: Apply your background in broadcast and corporate lighting to confidently discuss equipment specifications, studio timelines, pricing structures, and project budgets.
Stay Organized: Keep complex, multi-phase corporate projects on track and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to help meet and exceed our team growth goals.

This role is built for a well-connected industry insider who can leverage their network to secure concerts, festivals, experiential brand activations, and high-profile private events. You will work side-by-side with creative designers and fast-moving production managers to bring immersive live experiences to life. This Southern California based position is based out of our Los Angeles office.

Bring Your Network: Tap into your established relationships with event producers, designers, promoters, and experiential marketing agencies to bring in new business.
Own Your Accounts: Nurture and grow long-term relationships with live event producers and creative designers, positioning Kinetic as their ultimate collaborative technical production partner.
Bridge the Gap: Turn dynamic, creative client visions into reality by working hand-in-hand with our internal teams, logistics managers, and on-site crew.
Production Savvy: Use your firsthand knowledge of live entertainment lighting and temporary event infrastructure to manage the technical elements while navigating fast-paced budget negotiations with confidence.
